Activities

Social activities are a natural part of our courses. If you choose to come to Røros, we will visit the historical mine and the local museum, Rørosmuseet.

Other possible activities include fishing, berry-picking, mountain hiking, tours of Røros, canoeing, horseback riding, biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing/snowboarding, kick sled-riding, dogsled-riding and sleigh riding.

You may also learn how to prepare local, traditional meals, dance local folkdances or study our Norwegian flora and fauna. We may also take you on an outing to Trondheim if you wish.
